Dockland Scheme on the Market for €110m

A 5.91-acre site in the heart of the docklands has been placed on the market with a guide price of €110m.
CB3 Docklands has been put up for sale on the instruction of David Carson, statutory receiver.
The plot is one of the final remaining prime development sites in the docklands area. Known as City Block 3, the site is offered for sale in three lots, with a guide price of €45m for the 3.55 acre residential element designed by O’Mahony Pike, which has planning permission for about 350 homes, and €65m for the Reddy Architecture + Urbanism designed 2.35 acre commercial scheme.
The site is a hugely prominent large-scale development site in a highly sought-after location in which to live and work.
