Longboat Quay Apartments Fire Safety Work
September 10, 2015
More than 600 people could be forced to leave their homes in the Dublin Docklands unless fire safety work is carried out immediately.
Dublin Fire Brigade wrote to representatives of the Longboat Quay development back in august claiming that the building would have to be evacuated unless a date to begin the fire safety work was agreed.
Longboat Quay was built in 2006 and is a 298-unit apartment development on Sir John Rogerson Quay, for which the Dublin Docklands Development Authority (DDDA) is nominal landlord.
