One of Dublin’s biggest regeneration projects is hitting the market with a massive price tag of circa €150 million.

The 10 story Number one Dublin Landings is part of the regeneration project of Dublin’s Docklands, is located right beside the new headquarters of the Central Bank.

Also included with Dublin Landings will be 298 apartments, which will provide accommodation for staff of businesses which occupy the office space.

The development is being completed by joint developers Ballymore and Oxley.
