Microbrewery Plans for Dublin’s CHQ
January 10, 2017
Former Coca-Cola boss Neville Isdell has announced plans for a new microbrewery at the landmark CHQ building in Dublin Docklands.
CHQ Building has received the green light from Dublin City Council for its new expansion plans. These include an internal remodelling with a new mezzanine to be added to accommodate the microbrewery, which will also include a bar/restaurant.
Urban Brewing (owned by Carlow-based freight agent Victor Treacy and Dublin-based Jim O’Hara), have been secured as a tenant and will operate the microbrewery. Both are involved with Carlow Craft Brewery and can bring their expertise on board to the project.
