New Development to provide more housing

Plans have been put in motion for the development of a town centre in Cherrywood in South Dublin. This new development promises to deliver approximately 4,000 housing units. This comes at a time when the demand for housing has never been stronger. Figures from Co-operative Housing Ireland show that over a third of tenants experienced a rent increase in the last year with tenants in the capital having their rates go up by 6.5% on average.
