Recent inspections across more than 150 apartments in the six-block Spencer Dock development in the heart of the Dublin Docklands has uncovered worrying issues. Several problems, most notably fire safety issues, persistent leaks and balcony defects were discovered. This development was completed in 2007 and some of the apartments went for over €500,000.

There were 103 apartments which showed one or more of the problems, which is over two-thirds of the total number of apartments built. To find out more about this worrying discovery, check out the Irish Independents article here.
