U2 are no strangers to filming music videos in the Capital and according to a music insider, “they love using Dublin as a backdrop for their music videos.”  Previous videos of theirs have been filmed on the Clarence Hotel Rooftop and Fitzwilliam Square therefore it is no surprise that they have chosen the Samuel Beckett Bridge as the location of their latest single.

Filming took place in the Docklands on Sunday 24^th August and although traffic chaos may have been caused due to the bridge being closed until midnight last night, the music video will surely be worth it.  There is no doubt that U2 fans are patiently awaiting this new release as their last chart appearance was a lengthy five years ago.
