Almost half of renters in Dublin Docklands are Tech workers

Almost half of the people living in Dublin’s ‘Silicon Docks’ are tech workers, employed by huge multinational companies like Google, Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter. This data was published in the Docklands Residential Report 2018 by the Owen Reilly agency.

The Docklands are the favoured location for tech workers from abroad, who favour living as close to their work offices as they can. For further information about residential prices in the Dublin Docklands, read the Irish Independent’s article here.
