Deutsche Bank is to rent just under 1,180 square metres of office space on part of the second floor at No 2 Grand Canal Square located in the west end of Grand Canal Dock in Dublin.

The German multinational investment bank and financial services company has agreed to a rent of €613.5 per square metre (or €57 per square foot), on a ten-year lease.
