One Lime Street is a private rental sector (PRS) scheme located close to the Border Gais Theatre and the centre of Grand Canal Dock – also known as Silicon Docks. Its name stems from the close proximity to Meta, Google, Accenture, Salesforce, JP Morgan and other tenants along One Lime Street.
The new ADOOR property features a concierge, gym, lounge, private offices, a courtyard, meeting rooms, and a games and cinema room. It also comes with basement storage, parking, bike lock up and 24/7 security.
ADOOR decided to focus on new builds following a review into its clients’ key requirements, which revealed sustainability, efficiency and building standards, onsite amenities, prime locations and security as top demands.
As a result, ADOOR decided to surrender the lease across all its properties constructed over 10 years ago. Those properties which have been surrendered in the portfolio have been replaced with newly built, A-rated apartments.
