Christmas market to be moved to the Docklands

This year there will be a new Christmas village in the Docklands for the festive season, starting at George’s Dock and stretching down the Quays towards the Point Village. The focal point will be a giant 50ft Christmas Tree.

The Village hopes to add an estimated €8.4m to the economy, in addition to creating approximately 230 seasonal jobs and raising over €350,000 for multiple charities. The focus will be on supporting Irish businesses, traders, craftspeople, producers and charities.

The ‘I BELIEVE’ village will be open for 28 days in the lead-up to Christmas from November 26th until December 23rd.
