New Hotel for Dublin Docklands

Leading property developer Paddy McKillen seeking planning permission for a new 150-bedroom hotel at North Wall Quay in the Dublin docklands, which he has just bought from Nama.

The warehouse, close to the new headquarters of the Central Bank is at the front of the newly-designated Project Wave site and plans are in place to develop 60,000sqm office block and 200 apartments.
