Dublin’s North Wall Quay is set to get a new hotel. Paddy McKillen Jr and Matt Ryan from Oakmount have been granted permission to convert the derelict warehouse into a 60 bed, five story hotel on the North Wall Quay site. The hotel will also hold a rooftop bar and restaurant, ground bar floor and restaurant, coffee shop and terrace.
