450 apartments on their way to the Docklands

A site which has the potential to accommodate 450 apartments in Dublin’s Docklands has been acquired by Glenveagh Properties for a fee in the region of €40 million. The site is within walking distance of the Docklands Railway Station and the Luas Red Line and also located close to the 3 arena and the Gibson Hotel.

This is welcome news and indeed an investment that was badly needed for the Docklands area. For more information about the development, see the Joe.ie article here.
