An Asian Investor has paid just over €7 million to acquire Communications House on Barrow Street, in the heart of Dublin’s thriving ‘Silicon Docks’ area. Communications House is a modern, trendy , three-storey office building extending to newly 10,000 feat with 17 car parking spaces at basement level.
