Ballymore Properties set to develop The Connolly Quarter in IFSC

Developer Sean Mulryan’s Ballymore Properties will partner with CIE on the delivery of The Connolly Quarter, a major scheme in Dublin’s IFSC.
The development will include 82,000 sq m of mixed-use space, including 50,000 sq m of offices, a hotel and apartments.

The single largest office space within the development is a block of up to 7 storeys at the junction of Seville Place and the construction of a new street linking Seville Place and Sheriff Street Lower.
Ballymore’s success in securing the 7.9-acre site comes just weeks after Bartra Capital Property Group was selected as CIE’s partner for a new high-rise office scheme at Grand Canal Quay in the south docklands area. The site is next to Grand Canal Dart station and has frontage onto both Macken Street and Grand Canal Quay.
