The Benson Building goes on sale in the heart of Grand Canal Dock

Savills and Owen Reilly have today announced the sale of The Benson Building at 76 Sir John Rogerson’s Quay, Dublin on behalf of Targeted Investment Opportunities (TIO).

The property is situated in the heart of the Grand Canal Dock and comprises a premium residential development of 72 units, forming part of the wider TIO office scheme at 76 Sir John Rogerson’s Quay in the south docklands –  currently being constructed by Bennett Construction.
