Musical favourite Chicago is set to come to the Bord Gais Energy Theatre next spring, running from Tuesday April 5 until Saturday April 16 2022.
The show will star Russel Watson in the iconic role of Billy Flynn, promising some razzle dazzle the show is known and loved for all around the world.
Russell joins Coronation Street star Faye Brookes as Roxie Hart and Djalenga Scott as Velma Kelly.
Chicago follows the story of Roxie Hart, the housewife and nightclub dancer who murders her on-the-side lover after he threatens to walk out on her. Roxie finds herself in a women’s prison in 1920s Chicago and manages to dupe the public and garner support for her release.
