Target Investment Opportunities has announced plans to begin construction on a development at 91-94 North Wall Quay this Autumn.
The development includes large new development to include a luxury hotel and over a quarter of a million square feet of office space.
Once completed, 91-94 North Wall Quay will comprise an eight storey ‘Grade A’ office building with a floor area of approximately 273,373sq.ft (25,397sq.m), a six storey 241 bedroom luxury hotel with a floor area of approximately 133,000sq.ft (2,356sq.m), 30 car park spaces, and a bike storage area for 268 bicycles.
It is expected that 500 people will be employed in the construction stage of the development. JLL and Savills will be appointed as letting agents.
