Targeted Investment Opportunities (TIO) has announced they hope to start construction on a North Wall Quay development to include a luxury hotel and over a quarter of a million square feet of office space.
Once completed, 91-94 North Wall Quay will consist of an eight storey office building, a six storey 241 bedroom luxury hotel, 30 car parking spaces and a bike storage area for 268 bicycles.
TIO are currently working on several large projects including 5 Hanover Quay and 76 Sir John Rogerson’s Quay, and once completed, 91-94 North Wall Quay will be another impressive project to add to TIO’s ever-growing portfolio.
