Dishdash, Popular Middle Eastern Chain, To Open Dublin Location

Dishdash, the first full-service Middle Eastern restaurant in Silicon Valley, will soon open a Dublin location, the restaurant announced.

Emad Ibrahim and Nadiah Mshasha opened the first Dishdash location in Sunnyvale in 2001. Since then, they opened up five locations around the South Bay in Fremont, Milpitas, San Jose, and Cupertino, which includes fast casual counter service Dish n Dash.

Restaurant owner Nadiah Mshasha told Patch that they’re aiming to open a roughly 5,000-square-foot location in Dublin with an enclosed patio in the first quarter of 2026. The Dublin restaurant will be open Sunday through Thursday from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. and Friday through Saturday from 11 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. Find out more here.
