US investment firm Kennedy Wilson has been granted planning permission to begin work on mixed purpose development in Dublin’s docklands.

The ‘Capital Dock’ will be located on the south-quays, directly opposite the 3Arena. Once completed is will house 660,000 square feet of office space and apartments, split between 316,000 sq ft of the workspace and 204 apartments. The new development which will transform the docklands skyline is due to be completed early 2018.
