Plans to build a €13 million office next to the Grand Canal Theatre in Dublin have been approved.
The six-storey scheme by the developer Prime GP4 will involve the demolition of 1-4 Martin’s Terrace and be located on a 0.14 hectare site, spanning 4,800 sq m, on Hanover Street East.
The commercial new-build will provide office space, which will be accessible via Macken Street, and comprise of two café, restaurant and retail units on the ground floor. Additional office space, staff welfare, waste storage and bicycle parking facilities will be housed in the basement.
