The fourth year of the KPMG Irish Independent Property Industry Excellence Awards take place later this year. The competition will be contested across 11 categories, following the introduction of a Facilities Management Project award, which recognises an individual or team whose project demonstrates innovation and positive effects on an organisation.
Other awards will look to recognise those who have excelled in the five areas of Community Benefit, Regional Excellence, Design Project, Excellence in Planning, and Energy Efficiency. The remaining five categories will acknowledge the year’s best Commercial Agency, Residential Agency, Property Investment Fund Manager, Contractor and Emerging Talent.
The judging panel consists of 15 leading experts drawn from across the property industry, State agencies and professional bodies.
The awards ceremony, which attracts over 800 industry stakeholders annually, takes place on 8th November 2018 this year at the Convention Centre.
