German investors Triuva close in on Dublin Docklands deal

German investor Truiva are closing in on a deal to buy the first of five office buildings being developed in the Dublin Docklands by the Irish property company Baltimore and their Singapore partner, Oxley. Triuva were the highest bidders at €164 million for Number 1 The Landings, which attracted ten other bidders from around the world.

Dublin Landings is an ambitious regeneration project in Dublin and upon completion will extend to more than 100,000 sq. m. To find out more information on Triuva’s deal with Baltimore for No.1 Dublin Landings, see Jack Fagan’s article from The Irish Times here.
