IDA Ireland have narrowed down where their new HQ should be situated, with four premises being eyed-up on the south side of Dublin’s prime central business district.
The 4 shortlisted buildings include 5 Hanover Quay, Hibernia REIT on Sir John Rogerson’s Quay, the Reflector building on Hanover Quay/John Rogerson’s Quay and finally Three Park Place on Hatch St. Dublin 2.
IDA Ireland’s mooted move has been necessitated due to the deadline of the expiration of their current HQ on Wilton Park House, Wilton Place, which is ideally located overlooking the Grand Canal Dock.
