IPUT property fund to invest €80m in IFSC rebuild

Property fund IPUT is to fund a new €80 million office building in Dublin’s IFSC. The six-storey building will be called The Exchange, and will have a floor area of 10,219sq m (110,000sq ft) and 37 basement car spaces. The Exchange will be located beside CHQ and George’s Dock, in front of the Luas line and within a five minute walk of the Dart and railway services at Connolly Station.
