Sisk lands big Dublin docklands contract

John Sisk & Son have been chosen to construct a Capital Dock development on Sir John Rogerson’s Quay in Dublin, which will see more than 660,000 square feet of new space built in Dublin’s docklands.

This will be one of largest commercial development contracts undertaken in the Irish market in recent years. The first of three office buildings is due to be delivered in late 2017, followed by 190 residential apartments in mid-2018.

Dublin City Council have also announced the new Dodder Bridge will be completed by 2020 – will join the east end of Sir John Rogerson’s Quay with Ringsend.
