Work begins work on Lime Street Docklands Site

Work has begun work on the site at Lime Street and Sir John Rogerson’s Quay at Dublin Docklands that will hold  100 apartments and offices.

 demolition has begun and construction at the 1.7-acre Lime Street site, which is the last available in Dublin’s south docklands special development zone.

Tinnelly Demolition has begun clearing the site and Marlet will shortly appointing a main contractor for the work.

Recent reports estimate the cost of the development at €100 million.
