Malahide Castle are inviting families to take part in a Halloween treasure hunt between the 29th and 31st of October.

The already popular trail is being currently transformed into Diabolical Dorothy’s trail. The castle’s resident witch will be seeking the help of the visitors in order to locate all the ingredients for her next potion, which is located all along the trail.

There are many clues placed along the way, encouraging the guests to keep their eyes peeled throughout the experience. Guests are encouraged to join in on the fun by coming in their own costume’s and will be provided with their own interactive map and booklet which will assist along their adventure.

The trail is focused on being family friendly, not so scary treasure trail for the little and not so little ones, a spokesperson for the castle and gardens claimed. The trail itself will be entirely transformed for the guests to wander and use their imagination while having fun in this immersive experience.

It will be running from the 29th of October until the bank holiday on the 31st of October. Spaces are limited for the Halloween trail, so those interested are encouraged to book in advance.
