Green light for plan to build Dublin’s tallest office block

Plans for Dublin’s tallest office block, a 73m-tall building at the Point Village, have been granted permission by Dublin City Council. The site is one of the few in Dublin where high-rise buildings are permitted. The building was designed by Irish architects Shay Cleary Architects, and will have the capacity to accommodate 2,000 workers. It is expected to take approximately two years to build, with the creation over 350 construction jobs.
