The Sunday Business Post is reporting that tech giants Google are expected to bidders on the historic Boland’s Mills site in the Docklands, which is expected to come on to the market in a Nama-backed sale. The site is adjacent to their main Dublin campus and could fetch about €11 million with an estimated €10 million needed to revamp the historic building.
