Developers are looking to build a 520-seater music and entertainment venue in the city centre, which they hope will act as a link between Grafton Street, Temple Bar and Dublin’s Docklands.
Developers want to revamp the site of the old Screen Cinema off Pearse Street and add an interactive screen which will post details of upcoming Dublin events – a decision on the application is due next month.
