Voxpro to create 400 jobs

Business process outsourcing firm Voxpro opens it’s new Dublin Docklands office, creating 400 new jobs.

Voxpro provides customer experience, technical support and sales operations solutions to international customers. Their Irish workforce is set to stand at more than 2,000 people.

The roles will include technical support, customer experience, training and management positions.

The business was founded in Cork more than two decades ago by chief executive Dan Kiely and his wife Linda. At the time, it employed only six people. Mr Kiely said the current round of expansion is “only the beginning, and that they have ambitious plans to open centres globally in 2017.
